KESUKAS' Holiday Camp 08: Day 2

Last Tuesday and Wednesday, Rose n me were summoned to the HQ for some editing work. Turned out we had to translate as well. Well, that's work...

On the first day, a few big shots peeked in, like Tuan Syed Md. Nor. Got some work done, so, we left around 4.30 - J.Sham picked me up (I went with Rose earlier). Ijad, the new PAR from Kedah rode along as he had to deliver some letters to KSM.

The second day was quite taxing, as we were aware of the time to upload n publish the web was at 12pm. Everyone was tense, especially since En Romli himself took a peek into the room around 10 a.m. (He told us to eat our breakfast as well, so we stopped for some nasi lemak brought in by the cafe staff.)

At 12, it was published. Immediately, we saw the number of visitors jumped from 2-5 to 40++. 'Gosh, the staff and bosses are checking us out!!!'- chimed Zawawi. It was cold, but I think the IT guys were sweating. As there were still some errors here n there, everyone was engrossed in the notebooks in fron of us. During lunch hour, everyone seemed glued to their seats. At the end of lunch hour, no one had budged. I voiced out loud, "Wah, we're sooooo focused and hardworking today, even forego lunch, but none of the bosses witness this! just our luck!" What to do, kerja mesti ikhlas...


We only left our tasks for prayers. Luckily, tea came in around three. Except for Hazrin, who claims that the mihun seems oily, the rest of us, Shukir, Halina, Zawawi, Rose n me were famished and we devoured it quickly. Lapar!!!

En Rustam, the PIC was not around, and we could have left earlier. But all of the committed people from the team only left well after 3.30. Well done, team!
